Meet and Greet for Boarding and/or Daycare Services

Our Meet and Greet is a wonderful opportunity for you, your pet(s), and our team to get acquainted before enjoying our services. It is a brief 15-20 minute meeting, where you will have a quick tour of the facility and can ask any questions you may have. You are welcome to bring your pup to get familiar with the space; however, we do not introduce them to other pups during this visit.

If your dog is new to daycare or boarding and requires temperament testing, we request that you book a separate daycare appointment. This will allow us to spend more time getting to know your dog and observing how they interact within a group.

While Meet and Greets are recommended prior to booking any service, they are not mandatory. We’re here to make every pet care experience as enjoyable and stress-free as possible and are happy to answer any questions by email or phone. The Meet and Greet fee holds your appointment with us and will be automatically applied to your first booking.
