Before booking, please check our prerequisites, especially for daycare and boarding. This ensures your pet is up-to-date on vaccinations and meets all requirements.

📌 Important:

No services can be booked—including baths or meet and greets—until your account and pet profiles are fully set up and approved. Please allow 24–48 hours for review and approval. We will reach out via text if we have any questions or to confirm your profile is approved.

📋 How to Set Up Your Account

1️⃣  Create and Activate Your Account

  • Register here or click “Register” in the top right corner of our site.

2️⃣   Add Your Pets to Your Profile

  • Fill out a pet profile for each pet.
  • Make sure you are logged in and click here to add a pet, OR log in, go to Pet Management in the side menu, and select Add Pet.
  • If you have any questions or issues during registration or while creating pet profiles, you can reach out via text or email.

3️⃣  Account Approval Process

  • We will review your account and pet profiles within 24–48 hours.
  • You’ll receive a text if we have any questions or when your account is approved.
  • Need a faster turnaround? Text or email us directly.

4️⃣  Start Booking Services

💡 Tip: If you’d like to book a meet and greet to tour the facility and ask questions, you can schedule that in the Pet Store as well.

5️⃣  Pay & Earn Pet Points!

6️⃣  Order Approval

  • Once your order is approved, you will receive a confirmation email for your booking.
