- Review Prerequisites: Before scheduling any services, please review our prerequisites (these are especially important for dog boarding and daycare services). Ensure that your pet is up-to-date on vaccinations in addition to meeting any other applicable requirements. Learn more about prerequisites here.
- Meet Our Team: If you haven't already, get to know the compassionate individuals who will be taking care of your pets. Our team is made up of experienced and loving professionals dedicated to creating a positive experience for your furry family members. Meet our team here.
- Meet & Greet: Regardless of the service, we do not require a meet and greet with you and your pet(s) prior to doing any service, but we are more than happy to set one up if you would like. If you think it is in your or your pet's best interest to have a meet and greet, then please be sure to create a login and book one in our pet store! Create your login here.
- Create Your Account: Ready to book our services? When creating an account, please fill out all information as completely as possible, including the pet profile section. To find the pet profile section, login, then click on the title at the top that says "Name's Account." Then, on the left-hand side, click on "Pet Management" and "Add a new pet." Fill out the pet profile (questions to help us get to know your pet) and upload your vaccination records. Once completed, please be sure to email or text us to let us know so that we can review and approve your profile. Without account approval, you will not be able to book services.

From our safety protocols to our commitment to maintaining a clean and comfortable environment, we prioritize transparency and open communication.
