Prerequisites

Do you need a meet and greet?

Regardless of the service, we do not require a meet and greet with you and your pet(s) prior to doing any service, but we are more than happy to set one up if you would like. If you think it is in your pet's best interest to have a meet and greet, then please do not hesitate to request one. 

If this is something you would like to do please schedule a meet and greet. We are available by appointment on Monday - Thursday between 6:30 PM - 8 PM and some weekend afternoons between 1 PM - 4 PM.

There is a small deposit/fee of $20 required to reserve a meet and greet timeslot. This $20 can be applied towards your first booking with us.

Next Step: Required Vaccinations!

All pets are expected to be up to date on their vaccinations. The minimum required vaccinations are Rabies, Bordatella, and Distemper. Dogs must also be current on flea/tick and heartworm medications. Follow the below instuctions to get started:

1. Please sign up as a user first.
2. Confirm your account via email.
3. Finish filling out your pet profile.
4. Send us your pet's vet records using this page: Upload Vet Documents

Behavioral & Medical Concerns??

While we are happy to accommodate dogs that may have behavioral or medical concerns, we absolutely need advanced notice and explanation.

Behavioral concerns are evaluated case by case (we understand that pets can be weird). And medicine administration is usually provided at no extra charge. We only charge if it is difficult or time consuming to administer your pet's medication.

It is the owner’s responsibility to provide clear instructions regarding administration and ensure that all medication instructions are clearly communicated labeled. There is a specific field in a user's pet profile that lets the user list all details and concerns regarding their pet’s health and behavioral concerns.

You can relax while your pets are being taken by us. We are fully insured and bonded. While we don't expect any problems, we ask that all members to please read and accept our terms of service. Please also take the time to check out our privacy policy.
