Pet Prerequisites

Does your pet need a meet and greet?

We understand that meeting your pet's caregivers can be important, but we do not require a meet and greet before providing any of our services. However, if you feel it would be beneficial for your pet, we are more than happy to arrange one.

To schedule a meet and greet, you will need to sign up as a user and book the Meet and Greet service through our shop. We are available by appointment:

• Monday through Thursday from 6:30 PM to 8 PM
• Some weekend afternoons from 1 PM to 4 PM.

Please note that there is a small deposit/fee of $20 required to reserve a meet and greet timeslot. This amount will be applied towards your first booking with us. If you have any questions or wish to schedule, do not hesitate to reach out.

Required Vet Records!

All pets must be up to date on their vaccinations. The minimum required vaccinations are Rabies, Bordatella, and Distemper. Additionally, dogs must be current on flea/tick and heartworm medications. Follow the steps below to get started:

1. Sign up as a user.
2. Confirm your account via email.
3. Complete your profile.
4. Add a pet to your profile. Don't forget to upload your pet's vet records!

It is the pet owner's responsibility to ensure that your pet's vaccinations and health records are up to date. This allows us to provide the best possible care.

Behavioral & Medical Concerns??

We are delighted to accommodate dogs with behavioral or medical concerns, but we absolutely need advanced notice and a detailed explanation to ensure the best care.

Behavioral concerns are evaluated on a case-by-case basis (we understand that pets can be quirky!). Medication administration is typically provided at no extra charge, unless it requires significant time or effort.

As a pet owner, it's your responsibility to provide clear instructions and ensure all medication details are clearly labeled. Please use the specific fields in your pet's profile to list all details and concerns regarding your pet's health and behavior. This helps us understand and meet your pet's unique needs. Your pet posts can be found under your user profile or the Pet Management page.

While we don't anticipate any issues, we kindly ask all members to read and accept our terms of service. Additionally, please review our privacy policy to understand how we protect your information.
