Sending your dog to board, to a different environment, and/or to socialize with other dogs is like sending a kid to school. Sometimes they get sick and sometimes they hurt themselves. On the rare occasion, this does happen we will let you know as soon as we are aware. Our staff is all trained on how to handle non-emergent and emergent illnesses and injuries and will take the necessary steps to ensure your pet is properly cared for.
No, but you are more than welcome to! Usually, only one of our walkers will be able to attend a meet and greet at your home but if you have concerns about your pet warming up to new people please let us know so we can make plans for that.
No, but it is fine if you are! Many of our clients work from home these days. If you will not be home we will need reliable key access and any relevant care instructions for walking your pet (location of leash, where they should be when we leave-crated, out, etc, and any behavioral concerns we should be aware of to ensure a safe walk).
Generally, yes. We would need to do an assessment/test walk to see how they do before being able to schedule regular walks. Usually, as long as you have a good leash and harness or training collar so that we can safely control them it shouldn’t be a problem.
We are a family-owned business so sometimes it will be our owner and oftentimes it will be one of our full-time, experienced and pet-loving staff members! All licensed and insured through our LLC.

Yes! We highly recommend getting us our own key/fob access to your complex to make visits as easy as possible. If you have a RELIABLE concierge you can also leave us a key/fob to pick up there. If we need to pick up a key/fob from you personally beforehand there is a $5 pickup and drop-off fee. If there is no access to free parking/guest parking any related fees will be added to the cost of the visit. We apologize for the long explanation. Our primary focus is spending as much time as possible taking excellent care of your pet and oftentimes key access, parking and concierge-related difficulties cut into that time.
Of course! We usually send photos as well!

We will always try to contact you first (or in the event of an urgent medical emergency on our way to or at the vet). We always ask that you provide your preferred veterinarian’s information so that we can call them first and take them there if possible. If that is not possible we have a list of 24/7 emergency vets on hand that we can go to (VCA, Blue Pearl, and/or Ark Animal Hospital).
